In pursuance of an order of the Federal forestry Agency in connection with the entry into force of the Federal law No. 415 of 28 February 2013 "On amendments to the Forest code of the Russian Federation and the Russian Federation Code of administrative offences" published information on the entry into force of the law.

8) In the administrative violations Code is amended. Assume the liability and significant penalties for administrative violations in the accounting of harvested wood:

a) the refusal or provision of false information on transactions with timber, the penalty will be from to 20 thousand rubles for officials, but for legal persons – from 100 to 200 thousand rubles.

b) For violation of forest legislation in the area of marking of wood – from 30 thousand roubles to 40 thousand rubles for officials for legal entities – in the amount from 300 to 500 thousand rubles with confiscation of timber or without it.

C) For transportation of timber without documents, officials will have to pay a fine of 30 to 50 thousand rubles , legal entities – from 500 to 700 thousand rubles.

9) Establishes not only the possibility of seizure of illegally extracted and transported without accompanying documents of timber, but also the confiscation of the vehicles.

10) In the Forest code a new article which provides for the establishment by the Government of the Russian Federation the storage, sale or disposal of the confiscated timber.

Well I agree with all these laws, only the truth impose some fines and penalties. And assuming no benefits for foresters no, imagine how hard it is to work in the woods in 60 years?
