Designed for sharpening flat knives with a straight edge at the back face. Table-based knife has an axis of rotation, whereby the wedge angle of the knife can smoothly be changed between 0...90°. On the machine the profile guides the movement of the table occurs by means of the carriage, thereby achieving precision and durability.
