Mini granulator with flat fixed matrix mod. R-Type-designed for the production of fuel wood pellets (pellets) and feed pellets (mixed feed) from specially prepared, dried and crushed raw materials. The design feature of these mini-granulators is a fixed matrix and movable press rollers, which allows you to provide strong pressing pressure and high productivity. The R-Type series of mini granulators are high-performance and reliable working units that are easy to maintain.

The mini granulator consists of:

Press rollers-designed to push raw materials through the matrix by rotating around its axis.

The matrix is a flat, round part that has radial holes (dies) of different diameters.

USEFUL INFORMATION: an important step in the production of pellets is the preparation of raw materials, which includes sorting, drying and grinding. Raw materials for granulation should be homogeneous in their composition and should not contain additional impurities in the form of sand, glass, metal, stones and other things. Also, the raw material should not be sour or rotten. The moisture content of the raw material for pelletizing should be in the range of 8 to 15 % and is selected in the process of working experimentally, because it depends on the source material. The fraction of raw materials for granulation should not be more than 3 x 3 mm.
