The company's production capacity currently allows to produce a volume of wall kits equivalent to 30,600 m3 per year. At the same time, the company does not stop at the achieved results, but develops dynamically: the sawmill line is being improved, new workshops for the production of molded products, for the line of splicing products from glued beams and new drying chambers have been built.
Construction sets of wooden houses are packed in bundles. The parts of the set are placed on a pallet, bars are laid between the rows of parts, the bundle is pulled together with a polypropylene tape, the chamber dryed set is additionally packed in a black film. A document is issued for each bundle, which indicates - part numbers, quantity of parts, length of parts, bundle number. These advantages allow you to assemble the structure 30% faster.
