Description:
Starting in January 2015, conduct cadastral registration of forest land is required if it is given to a citizen or legal person in some cases:

- gratuitous use;
- hire;
- permanent use;
- purchase and sale of forest stands;
- renewal of the lease.

If the leased area is not registered in cadastre, the tenant may not enter into a contract of lease and to conduct its further use.

There are features of cadastral registration of forest plots (differences from cadastre “normal” plots), and due to their special status and special regulatory framework.
