Responsibilities:
The organization of production and economic activity.
Organization of work and effective interaction of all structural divisions.
Monitoring of planning and carrying out repairs of main and auxiliary equipment of production plants.
Monitoring of planning and carrying out repairs of tractors and motor vehicles.
Drafting the action plan for the construction and launch of new production capacities. Coordination of support services and services involved in the construction process.
Drafting the action plan for improving the performance of products and reduce costs in its production.
The overall control of energy and mechanical service of the company (chief engineer). Drafting a plan of measures aimed at reduction of energy consumption, the fur-and-electrical-outages. Coordination of service chief engineer in the branch and in the city.
Management, organization, operating processes, control and coordination of activity of divisions.
- Providing the enterprise with the necessary resources, the elaboration of a business plan and budget of the company.
Participation in the development and approval of the company's budget, capital expenditures and operating expenses associated with the ongoing activities of the enterprise
Development plans and organization of activities aimed at improving the work of structural divisions and the enterprise as a whole.
Interaction and control of the involved contractors. Organization and control of works on delivery, acceptance and commissioning of finished objects.
Organization and coordination of works at construction site, control of works at all stages of construction.
Organization of work with controlling and regulatory bodies, government agencies.
