Detailed description: In addition to lumber and packaging products, it was planned to launch the production of sets of Frame and panel houses, mouldings made of business wood, both for the local market and a landmark for the Astrakhan region, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan due to its convenient location - in close proximity to the highway and railway. The main focus of further development is on the processing of industrial waste (sawdust, chips, wood chips). When the production is completed with a machine of the OGM1.5 type, it will allow the production of biofuels (pellets) from sawdust. Commercial offers for the conclusion of contracts with factories for the production of cable and cable products for the manufacture of cable drums are also being considered.
The technological process has the ability to expand and increase productivity up to 3 working shifts. At present, absolutely all stages have been completed and the entire technological process has been assembled into a single mechanism. Suppliers of timber (all year round), customer base, suppliers of consumables such as saws, discs, nails and more. The production was opened in August 2015 at its own expense. Production and equipment are not burdened and are owned by a private person. At the moment, production is operating normally. For sale due to moving to another region for permanent residence.
A brief description of the technological process: roundwood is delivered by logging trucks of 35-45 m3. Unloading in an open warehouse with a crane of 15-20 tons. Further sorting by sawmills takes place using a 5-ton loader. A band sawmill dissolves logs into carriages with a thickness of 150-200 mm "blank", a disk sawmill dissolves logs into carriages for finished products. Further, after storing the blanks, the carriages with a thickness of 100-120mm are sawn on a multi-saw machine CDK 5-3 on an edged board, the carriages 150-200mm are sawn on a circular sawmill into logs and bars 50-150mm and 100-200mm.
The uncut board, which is assembled after the operation of the sawmills, is also processed into a 25-100 and 25-150 mm edged board, using a small multi-saw machine. Next, the edging, sorting and storage of the edged board takes place in sizes from 6 to 2 meters. The board that has not been sorted is "cut" into a tar board. A board with an external defect, but passing according to GOST standards, is stored separately, dried outside under canopies. Industrial waste, such as sawdust and sawdust, is stored and sold.
Grade 1-2 board, which went through natural drying, is partially processed through Ishimbai and is sold as planed and grooved.
As a result, we get a board of excellent quality with consistent geometry, a fairly wide range of both class and dimension. Substandard board and timber are also used for the manufacture of seasonal wooden structures (shower, toilet, booth).
Perspective: When installing a pelletizing line based on OGM1.5, production becomes a "full-cycle production", namely, recycling waste and producing fuel products, fuel pellets "pellets". The pelletizing line, namely the drying drum, runs on solid fuels (firewood, humpback, sawdust, garbage). The option of installing equipment for the production of OSB plates was also considered and calculated. Due to the accumulation of more chips and small scraps for further crushing. It is also possible to restore the old production technology of arbolit due to the high demand for these products in this region, which again will allow recycling of production waste.
The location of the base, in the complete absence of competitors, allows you to fully cover part of the Astrakhan region, Kazakhstan and the entire Leninsky district. Also, this line of activity can allow you to develop several subdirectories, respectively increasing profits.
Negotiations are underway with the directorate of the Volga Port for the supply of round raw materials by waterway.
