In connection with the newly established production sawing of solid woods we invite to cooperation of Head of the division:

Requirement to candidates
:
 Higher education (specialized education would be a benefit);
 Experience of 3 years in similar industry;
 Knowledge of woodworking equipment (MIBOR Slovenia), technology sawing of hard rocks;
 Organizational and managerial skills;
 Accuracy and discipline, the desire to grow and develop.
Charge
:
 Organization and control of production area;
 Organization of warehouse and production accounting, maintaining supporting documentation, submission of reports;
 Part in the development of business plans to ensure the current and future needs in the production of products of a certain quality, quantity and range;
 Participation in development of measures on reconstruction and modernization of production facilities, to prevent the harmful effects of production on environment, careful use of natural resources, creation of safe working conditions and improving the technical culture of production;
 Monitoring of production, adherence to production and technological discipline, rules and norms of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitation and fire safety, requirements of environmental, sanitary authorities, and bodies engaged in technical supervision;
 Ensuring timely and quality preparation of production, maintenance, repair and modernization of equipment;
 Implementation of measures for development and introduction in the production of means of complex mechanization and automation of technological processes, the development of standards of labor intensity of production and consumption norms of materials for its manufacture;
 Analysis of production activities in order to identify production reserves, elimination of losses and waste, rational use of material, personnel and other resources;
 Guide the allocation of production tasks, ensuring timely, smooth and uniform finishing to the unit;
 Reporting on the results of execution of production tasks;
 Guidance and training of subordinate staff;
 Part in carrying out of inventory of commodity-material values;
 Implementation of changes to the technical specifications in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and modes of production, the rebuild of the work area in accordance with the changes;
 Maintenance item list, process charts and other technological documentation;
 Scheduled and unscheduled quality audits, including in the claims,
 Control of documentation from regulatory authorities (Rosselkhoznadzor etc.), permits for finished products and production;
 Ensuring technically correct operation and timely repair of technological equipment, increasing its reliability and durability, the maintenance in operational condition at the required level of accuracy;
 Timely execution of schedules of scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on all significant equipment of production;
 Organization of timely changeovers, routine periodic maintenance of the equipment in accordance with production plans and schedule routine maintenance and on demand maintenance services;
 Organization and control of timely and qualitative repair of technological equipment, and other machines and mechanisms work to increase its reliability and durability, improve performance;
 Direct control on site for the progress and quality of works on installation of equipment work in the production unit.
 Control over fulfillment of contractual obligations with suppliers of raw materials as part of the quality and quantity of, Accounting, procurement operations.
