Position: Remote Sensing Data Processing Department Engineer

Description:
Responsibilities:
- collection, accounting, storage, cataloging and dissemination of Earth remote sensing data (hereinafter - remote sensing) by branches of the Institution;
- participation in the preparation of accompanying technical documentation for obtaining remote sensing materials from commercial suppliers (Sovzond, SCANEX, etc.);
- participation in the selection of remote sensing data (Roscosmos) for government assignments (state forest inventory, forest cadastre);
- analysis of the received remote sensing data.

Requirements:
- higher professional education (in the direction of: "Forestry", "Geodesy and remote sensing", "Cartography and Geoinformatics");
- knowledge of ArsGIS, QGIS, Scanex Image Processor programs;
- experience in forest thematic decryption of images, knowledge and understanding of automated processing of aerospace information;
- knowledge of the procedure for working with official information, including those containing state or other legally protected secrets.

Conditions:
- employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- salary based on the results of the interview, bonuses for effective work and results;

- work schedule 5/2.
