From January 1, 2025, the use of FGIS LC will become mandatory for:

• legal entities engaged in transactions with timber, as well as activities related to forest management, reforestation, and forest protection;
• organizations engaged in wood processing;
• transport companies engaged in the transportation of wood.
For those who are not ready to switch to FGIS LC, fines are provided by law for both legal entities and individuals, as well as suspension of activities in case of repeated violations.
