From January 1, 2025, registration of transactions in the State Forest Register (GLR)
or sending information about foreign trade and retail transactions with wood should be carried out only when using FGIS LC.
Transportation, processing and sale of wood (including for export) is not possible
without a positive balance of the relevant types of products from the person performing these operations. Registration of declarations on timber transactions (DSD) in LesEGAIS will not be available from 2025.
Vehicles involved in the operation of the forest complex,
from January 1, 2025, they must be equipped with satellite navigation equipment (ASN)
and transmit navigation information to FGIS LC via ERA-GLONASS traffic police
(in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 08/25/2023 No. 1378). After equipping the vehicle ASN, forest users need to make changes to the GLR information about the vehicle.
