Paper Corea has launched the record-breaking ANDRITZ shoe press for packaging paper production in South Korea.
The South Korean company Paper Corea has successfully commissioned the PrimePress X shoe press, supplied by the international technology group ANDRITZ, at its paper mill in Kunsan. The installation marks a significant achievement: the press operates with the highest linear load ever installed for paper production in South Korea. This allows for stronger and more durable paper to be produced, while increasing production efficiency through optimized dewatering and increased machine speed.
