Technological features of the new product

    The development was carried out at the specific request of die-cut manufacturers. Materials for stamps must withstand high loads without loss of geometry, which requires special physical and mechanical properties.

    Sveza engineers have revised the plywood design:

•     - A 1.1 mm thick veneer is used (instead of the standard 1.5–1.8 mm) according to a special layer set scheme.
•     - The increased number of layers increases the density of the material up to 700 kg/m3 — higher than that of traditional plywood.
•     - The density and layering ensure resistance to geometry changes and humidity fluctuations, which extends the service life of the dies even during intensive use.

The key difference is that the new plywood retains dimensional stability in the face of temperature and humidity fluctuations, which is critical for precision manufacturing operations in the electronics industry.

Why did you choose the Upper Bruise?

    The choice of the site is not accidental: the Verkhnyaya Sinyachikha plant is the only enterprise in the Sveza group that produces large—format plywood and produces 1.1 mm thick veneer, which became the basis of the new product.

As a result, we were able to create a new specialized product that expands the Sveza plywood line. In addition, our company offers high performance materials to die cutting manufacturers both in Russia and abroad."
