Modern construction and industry impose strict requirements on materials used for thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire protection. One of the most advanced and technologically advanced solutions on the Russian market is the products of Bazkord LLC, which is part of the well-known Kamenny Vek group of companies. The company specializes in the production of high-quality basalt materials under the BASFIBER brand, combining the unique natural properties of raw materials and advanced production technologies.
All products are based on continuous basalt fiber, obtained by melting rocks of basalt groups without the use of chemical additives. This approach provides materials with exceptional environmental friendliness and durability. The finished products of the BASFIBER brand have an impressive operating temperature range from -100 °C to +1000 °C, high resistance to aggressive chemical environments, absolute fire safety and excellent thermal and sound insulation characteristics.
The product range is represented by several key categories, each of which is in demand in the construction and industrial sectors. One of the most popular items is basalt cord, an innovative refractory and nonflammable material with a diameter of 2 to 14 mm. It is produced on specialized cord-weaving machines, where basalt roving is used as a durable core, and a twisted thread serves as a braid. Such products are supplied in coils from 25 to 200 meters long and are widely used in sealing and insulating high-temperature components.
Due to its unique technical characteristics, the materials https://bascord.ru they find the widest application. They are indispensable in the construction and insulation of buildings, the arrangement of ceilings, as well as in the installation of baths, saunas, stoves and fireplaces, where absolute fire safety and resistance to extreme heat are critically important. Bazkord's products represent a reliable, certified and durable solution for those who choose energy efficiency and modern insulation standards.
