According to Ivan Valentine - the head of the Federal forestry Agency, the system for violators, will create the necessary economic barriers. Mandatory mark in USAIS will help to eliminate "black" and "grey" schemes of sales of round timber. Without declarations, without making the information on the transfer of ownership in USAIS that all of the action on the harvesting and sale of wood become illegal.
This innovation has become a key element in the implementation of the 415-FZ. Through this system the state will be able to control the flow and sale of different species of wood and quality from sellers and buyers.
Alexander Mariev - head of the permanent Project team for implementation of 415-FZ reported that positive feedback has already started coming in from users USAIS.
