About forestry
Based on the Order of the Omsk Forestry Department dated July 5, 1947, the Muromtsevo forestry enterprise was organized. The main activity of the Muromtsevsky forestry enterprise for 79 years has been forestry activities: prevention and extinguishing of forest fires, conservation and reproduction of forests of the Muromtsevsky district of the Omsk region. Along with the implementation of government works, the institution carries out work on harvesting and processing wood. Since its establishment, the forestry enterprise has had an auxiliary production facility engaged in sawing timber with the production of a variety of high-quality products using equipment such as the Altai SBTS-480 log sawing machine, the Triumph S750 machine, the Ts-6 CM-200 woodworking circular sawing machine and the LG-150 humpback processing line. The products produced by the institution are sold to the local population, as well as through stock trading on the St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange.
