Our company produces planed molded products from
thermomodified wood of Caucasian tree species on the basis
of the Urupsky Forestry processing plant at the address of the Russian Federation, KCR, art.
Watchtower, as well as production located in the Urupsky district of the KCR, the city
Mednogorsk. To implement this project, we use the following
equipment:
- Drying chambers with a total loading volume of 450 m3
- Chambers for thermal modification of lumber "Energiya TM20" - 2 pcs.
- Chambers for thermal modification of lumber "Energiya TM9".
- Four—sided machine "BEAVE> - 516T""
— Four-sided machine "BEAVE> - 623"
- Auxiliary planing equipment (
Jointing and Reaming machines)
- Miter saws
- Edging machines
- Grinding machine
- GRIZZLY sawmill
- Band saws
The total area of the territories of the working workshops and the adjacent territory
is 5 hectares. At the moment, the company is ready to process more than 300
cubic meters of wood in round form (2000 square meters of molded
products) in one working month, plans for next year to increase
the processing capacity to 1000 cubic meters (6000 square meters of planed
products).
The company
has
its own
plots
for
the development
of timber and, by agreement with the local authorities, plans to increase
their number next year to reach the planned volumes. It is very
important to us that forest resources are not exported from the territory of the KCR into raw materials, but
processed into finished products within the region!
