The main activity is sawing and planing of wood. We work with different types of wood and offer to purchase high-level products. Our organization, one of a small number of manufacturing plants, monitors the control of each stage of work with wood, namely:
- Purchase of wood. We independently purchase coniferous wood species, we take the basis of high quality into work.
- Wood processing. On our production line, one of the important stages is the processing of acquired breeds and culling.
- Pruning. The selected material for subsequent work is cut in the length range from 160 to 320 mm (with a thickness of no more than 70 mm).
- Heat treatment. This stage is designed to bring the humidity norm in accordance with GOST 8242 and the percentage should be in the range from 16 to 20% (depends on the section of the future product, has standardization).
- Guard and calibration. This process
is performed on Beaver #623 machines. The machines are of the highest level, small layers of wood are removed and have a maximum tolerance (inaccuracies in the geometry of the web) of no more than 2 mm.
- Storage and packaging. The manufactured products are hermetically packed in shrink wrap.
Our factory has its own warehouses with the necessary conditions for storing products, as a result of which it has the highest level of quality and is liked by all our customers. As a result of the products described above, we obtain products of the highest quality in accordance with GOST 8242 with the relevant documents.
