Description:
The tubular heat exchanger is designed for the complete set of central air conditioners KTC3 with an air capacity from 10,000 to 25,000 m3/h in a temperate climate of accommodation category 3 according to GOST 15150-69.
These types of tubular heat exchangers are developed on the basis of basic TBZ, designed specifically for drying chambers.
General information:
o Heat carrier - water up to 190 ° C, pressure no more than 0.3 MPa.
o The heat-emitting element is made of steel pipe ∅16x1.5mm GOST 10704 with aluminum fins ∅39mm.
o The heat exchangers are subjected to a hydraulic pressure test of 0.5 MPa for 10 minutes.
o Coating of all external surfaces, except heat-emitting - Enamel KO-8104.
The heat exchanger consists of bimetallic finned tubes, covers (collectors), a pipe grid, pipes for the inlet and outlet of the coolant and side shields.
