Requirements to the candidate:
• Higher education (logging and wood processing);
• Experience from 3 years in a similar position for a lead or chief technologist in production sawing, drying, further processing of solid wood required;
• Knowledge of the requirements of raw materials, experience with suppliers in terms of quality of raw materials. The knowledge of the regional specifics quality raw material and billet solid rock;
• Knowledge of technological processes of harvesting, processing solid wood, woodworking machinery, sawing technology and drying of wood;
• Active life position, ability to achieve goals, managerial and leadership skills;
• Honesty, punctuality and discipline, a desire for professional growth and development.
• Ability to work with normative and technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Definition of the technological requirements of raw materials and finished products
• Improving the efficiency of technological processes
• Building of technological chains with maximum performance for this hardware
• Valuation of losses and consumption of raw materials, planning of production output
• Development of normative and technological documentation, necessary for the functioning of the enterprise and exercise control over its use on production, modification of technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and manufacture modes.
• Control over observance of the established technological processes, and to take timely measures to eliminate violations of the technological discipline.
• Study the causes of errors and defects in the production and organization of measures on their elimination. Dealing with complaints and taking the corrective actions
• Preparation of layout plans for equipment, technical equipment and organization of workplaces, the design production capacity and loading equipment.
• Participation in the development of business plans to ensure the current and future needs in the production of products of a certain quality, quantity and range;
• Staff training
• Monitoring of documentation from regulatory authorities (Rosselkhoznadzor etc.), permits for finished products and production.
