Responsibilities:
execution of cadastral works in relation to real estate objects;
surveying of land management objects;
drawing up boundary and cadastral plans of land plots;
determining the coordinates of the boundaries of land plots;
preparation of documents required for cadastral registration;
carrying out the procedure for approving the boundaries of land plots;
request for information contained in the state cadastre of real estate;
submission of documents for cadastral registration.
Requirements:
knowledge of current land and forest legislation, legislation on state registration of real estate and other legal acts in this field of activity;
the ability to work with software products (Mapinfo, Mi-service, AutoCAD, Technocad, ArcGIS, etc.)
experience with forest areas is welcome;
availability of a valid certificate of cadastral engineer and membership in SRO;
efficiency, ability to work with a large amount of information.
