Description:
* Sharpening is performed on automatic German machines of Vollmer and Reform companies:

- sharpening of circular saws with a diameter of 80 to 800 mm (for wood, chipboard, metal, plastic) with carbide solders;
- sharpening / routing of band saws with a width of 30 to 50 mm on wood;
- sharpening of knives of planes, jointers, reysmus with a length of up to 1050 mm;
- sharpening of guillotine knives on metal, paper and plastic up to 1400 mm long, as well as knives for cutting veneer;
- sharpening of knives of crushers (grinders) of wood, plastic, rubber;
- sharpening of knives of ice filling machines;
- sharpening of attachment and end mills on wood and metal;
- sharpening of planing and blanketing heads (drums).

* Repair of circular saws:
- straightening of the body of the saw;
- soldering of carbide plates;
- sharpening of teeth on all sides.

* Laser cutting of sheet materials:
- ferrous metals up to 10 mm thick;
- stainless steel up to 8 mm;
- non-ferrous metals up to 4 mm;
- plastic and wood up to 10 mm.

* Flat grinding of metal products of various thicknesses with an accuracy of 0.01 mm
