The furniture company buys birch lumber of all grades all year round (all sawn).

Grade A3 /A4 - three / four sides without knots, on the reverse wide side 1 knot (up to 20 mm) is allowed per 1 linear meter of length without reaching the edge.
Grade AB - rare through knots are allowed (at a length of 2.1/2.4 m - 3 knots, at 2.7/3.0 m - 4 knots).
Grade BB is a board with knots without a false core and a core tube.
Grade C - a board with knots and a false core on both sides
