We invite you to join us as Deputy Director for Logging and Forest Supply.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring the efficient operation of logging sites;

- Organization and planning of contractors' work on harvesting and removal of timber;

- Direct management of production activities;

- Study of the logging fund, negotiations with potential partners;

search for rental forest plots;

- Control of the conclusion of lease agreements in accordance with the current legislation;

- Organization and control over the production of logging, removal and storage works;

- Organization and planning of road construction;

- Organization of work on the removal of cutting areas with planning for the future period;

- Organization and planning of forestry and fire prevention measures;

- Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of forest management and certification bodies.
Requirements:

higher forest engineering education or specialized higher education (forestry, forestry/wood processing industry);
work experience at a logging enterprise (harvesting volume 200 - 250 thousand cubic meters/year) in a managerial position for at least 3 years;
negotiation skills, partnership development;
confident knowledge in the field of forest legislation and experience in the practical application of regulatory legal acts;
business correspondence skills; experience of effective interaction with government agencies;
a confident PC user;
knowledge of geoinformation systems on Windows OS, web GIS, the ability to "read" cartographic and forest management materials, etc.
