We produce pellets from softwood - premium quality ENplus-A1, diameter 6 mm, length 3-40 mm (light with an ash content of 0.35)

Granules are made using agglomeration (heat treatment) from sawdust, without bark, without chemical treatment, without the use of binders.
Packing in soft BIG-BAG containers (high-strength bags with lifting slings), humidity — no more than 10%

The factory operates a line based on the MUNCH press (Germany).
The production volume is more than 1,500 tons per month.
There is an express laboratory for the quality analysis of pellets (humidity, bulk density, mechanical strength, dust).
For the production of pellets, only decimated forest is used (spruce 70%, pine 30%).
The production cycle uses a multi-stage system for cleaning raw materials: decimation, removal of metal inclusions using electromagnets, sand screening.
