The next stage in the development of this direction was the launch of a new production site in the Leningrad region (Fedorovskoye settlement), in connection with the opening of which the company has doubled the capacity to produce 60 million sq. m. of printing products, allowing not only completely to provide printed semi-finished products to their own needs and the lines of their partners (production of branded phenolic films), but also to actively develop promising areas of roll flexographic printing, which are in demand, including in the sector of transport packaging of lumber (film with a logo for packing stacks) and other segments of the forestry and construction industries.
New printing machines allow you to apply six-color images to materials up to 2 meters wide with a printing step of up to 1.5 meters, while it is possible to apply both one-sided and two-sided logos in one printing cycle. Printing equipment can be used for applying water- and alcohol-soluble coatings, printing on paper, spunbond, film, foil and other rolled materials.
