Description.
The MRZ type knife ring chip machine is an efficient machine for the production of high-quality chips. MRZ allows the production of small cut chips from raw and dry micro chips and light materials.
After passing through the VC vibrating tray, magnetic drum and HPS heavy particle separator, the chips are distributed three-dimensionally (3D) using the unique FlowOptimizer system (Material Flow Optimizer) in all areas of the grinding chamber. After that, a rapidly rotating rotor directs the chips to the knives of a fixed knife ring, which cut it into thin homogeneous high-quality chips.
