What kind of lumber is used to build a frame house?
Many recommend the AB grade, but this sort is more suitable for aesthetic evaluation of Lining, Imitation of Timber, Floor boards and does not reflect strength values. Boards for the construction of Frame houses should be sorted by strength - by Strength Classes in MPa.
For example, Frame houses in Scandinavia and North America are allowed to be built only from Structural lumber sorted by Strength Classes for the safety of living.
