We are one of the AAC block manufacturing companies in the UAE, engaged in the production and export of high-quality concrete blocks. As part of our export packaging operations, we require lumber for packaging. The requirement will be on monthly basis and the business continuity will be the key factor to consider your offer.

We are currently in the process of finalizing our monthly procurement plan for timber, and you are kindly requested to submit your most competitive techno-commercial offer for the supply of the below-mentioned materials:

Our requirement as follows:-

This RFQ is invitation to submit quotations/propsals for an intended procurement. You are advised to go through the general conditions & you shall be deemed to have understood and taken into account all the terms and conditions mentioned hereunder.

1. Please mention RFQ number and date in your quotation. Mail subject shall be remain same.
2. Quotation must contain all techno commercial terms clearly and quotation must be sent in PDF file duly signed and stamped on it.
3. All prices in quotation must be valid for minimum 30days from the date last date of submission of quotation.
4. Standard warranty: Please specify (if applicable)
5. If there is any technical devitation on items offered by you, must be brought our clearly in your quoation. Please mention MAKE of items clearly.
6. In case you are unable to quote, you shall send a regret letter/mail wihtout fail.
