Description:
Our company, specializing in the import and wholesale of lumber, is contacting you to explore the possibility of a long-term partnership for the supply of sawn products from the Russian Federation.

Our needs:
We are interested in regular purchases of pine lumber of the following standard sizes:

· 47 × 150 × 6000 mm
· 50 × 150 × 6000 mm

Technical requirements for the material:
Please pay special attention to the following quality parameters:

· Without end joints (non—splice) - the board must be solid, for the entire length.
· Gouging/sanding is not required (optional), loose lumber is allowed.
· Humidity: less than 12% (strict requirement).

Supply volumes:
We are considering a volume of 300 m3 as a starting trial batch. However, we would like to note that this shipment is considered as the beginning of cooperation, since at the moment our company is in need of closing a monthly deficit of about 850 m3. With a successful first contact and competitive conditions, we are ready to enter into regular deliveries of a much larger volume.

Sorting conditions:
We ask you to prepare a price offer separately for the following quality categories:

· Without obzola (clean-cut lumber)
· Sorted by quality: first, second and third grades (with prices indicated separately for each grade)

Important pricing conditions:
Please note that we are a foreign importing company engaged in export operations. Accordingly, we are not VAT payers on the territory of the Russian Federation, and we ask you not to take VAT into account in the cost calculations (or provide the opportunity to work at a rate of 0% for export).

Documentation:
It is extremely important for us to confirm the availability of the following set of documents:

1. Availability of a Phytosanitary certificate
2. Availability of a certificate of absence of quarantine pests (in particular, bark beetle and other wood pests)
3. Availability of all necessary permits for the legal export of lumber from the Russian Federation
