Major repairs of synchronous generators of domestic and imported production

- repair of excitation units with replacement of the generator voltage regulator and current transformer
- production of SAE discs for single-pole imported generators according to Customer drawings

- rewinding of alternator stator windings after inter-turn short circuit
- repair of electric generator inductor coils
- repair of the exciter rotor of the generator with replacement of diodes and varistor on the diode rectifier.
Overhaul of generator automation :
- production of automation control of power plants based on control and measuring devices : frequency counter or controller-based control systems with their installation, varying degrees of automation and configuration, with and without battery charger. It is possible to manufacture an analogue of the old remote controls discontinued according to the customer's wiring diagram and technical specifications.
Overhaul of YAMZ diesel engines and engine cooling system:
- we offer the manufacture of an analog impeller impeller for aluminum radiators of a diesel engine according to the drawings or sample of the customer, with the replacement of the diffuser.
Major repairs and installation of an electronic speed controller on the Customer's diesel generator
- selection and installation of the generator actuator on the Customer's injection pump with the manufacture of adapter plates, adjustment of the speed control and installation of an electromagnetic sensor on the flywheel
- manufacture of the PRT-02 drive with mounting kit and end caps, replacement of the engine muffler solenoid.
