Description:
The main activity is the production of dry edged lumber and cellulose chips. Used wood species: pine, spruce. The current annual production volume in single-shift mode is 50,000 m3 of dry lumber; 48,000 m3 of cellulose chips. It is possible to work around the clock with a volume of lumber production up to 200,000 m3 per year.

Production cycles: purchase and sorting of the sawmill, production of lumber, drying, sorting and packaging of finished products, loading and sale.
1. Purchase and sorting of raw materials: the acceptance of sawn raw materials is carried out using a sorting line equipped with a 3D scanner, a metal detector and 46 pockets with automatic dumpers. More than 50,000 m3 of sawmill can be placed on the territory of the enterprise at the same time.
2. The production of lumber includes the following operations: the sawmill is fed into the sawmill through a feeding table, which performs piece division into logs, which are fed using conveyors to the Valon Kone legging machine (Finland), and then to the ARI sawmill (Sweden). The sawmill is equipped with a 3D scanner and a log positioning system (cutting optimization system), sawing into central and side boards is carried out using two milling and paving machines, two log sawing machines (one of them is multi-saw), as well as one edge-cutting machine. The produced lumber is placed in drying bags using a packer.
NOTE: during the sawing process, bark, cellulose chips and sawdust separate and fall onto the lower-level conveyors, which take them outside. The bark and sawdust are transported via conveyors to concrete bunkers, and the wood chips are fed to a sieve for sorting into fractions. The finished pulp chips are removed from the sieve via conveyors to concrete bunkers for further shipment to the buyer.
3. Drying of lumber: drying bags with lumber are moved to the drying area and loaded into drying chambers. There are 8 drying chambers, including 4 Baschild chambers (Italy) with a volume of up to 120 m3 each and 4 Nardi chambers (Italy) with a volume of up to 150 m3. The total volume of drying chambers is up to 1080 m3.
NOTE: Two Russian-made boilers are used for heating the drying chambers: KVM-2,5 with a capacity of 2.5 MW and Geyser with a capacity of 4.0 MW. The raw materials are its own sawdust and bark. These boilers also heat the administrative building, the sawmill and the dry lumber sorting shop.
4. Sorting and packing of the board: after the drying process is completed, the bags from the chambers are moved to the Valmet dry board sorting line (manufactured in Finland), which includes a bag separator, a miter machine, 20 pockets and a bag forming machine. On the line, the dry board ends and is laid out in pockets according to lengths, sections and grades. Then the sorted boards enter the bag forming machine, where they are folded into transport packages, which are then transported by means of conveyors to the packaging area, where they are manually tied with plastic tape and wrapped in film.
5. Loading and sale: the company has a railcar shipment area with a railway dead end owned by the company and a KK-12.5 gantry crane Its own concrete platform is used for loading lumber into containers and vehicles.
The total area of the enterprise is 14.5 hectares, including:
 9.5 hectares: the land plot and all real estate objects on it belong to the enterprise by right of ownership;
5.0 hectares: land plot leased from Syktyvkar city Administration. The lease term is until November 2034.
