Description:
We are a newly established wood board manufacturing company located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

We specialize in the production of particle board (chipboard) and oriented particle board (OSB).

Our plant is preparing to launch production, and we are currently negotiating with several suppliers in Russia to ensure stable long-term supplies of roundwood.

We are officially requesting from you a commercial offer for the supply of Russian coniferous roundwood on the following terms:
1. Technical requirements
Wood species: Siberian pine, larch
Upper cut diameter: 18-28 cm
Length: Various lengths from 3 to 6 meters are allowed. Please specify the prices separately for each length.
Quality: no rot, no large knots, no insect damage, straight trunk. Roundwood should retain its natural moisture after logging.
Volume: trial batch of 500-1000 m3; regular annual deliveries — over 20,000 cubic meters, with a gradual increase in purchases in the future.

2. Requirements for the commercial offer
Please provide separate rates:
FOB railway station in Russia (USD/m3). Please specify the exact name of the loading station for calculating the freight. The price must include loading, phytosanitary certificate, fumigation certificate, certificate of origin and all export fees and documents.

If you can provide a full transport service, please also indicate the price of CIP Bishkek (USD/m3).
