Dear sir,
We are contacting you to explore the possibility of establishing a business relationship for the regular supply of white wood pellets (EN plus A1 standard or equivalent) for import to Turkey, where we will pack and sell products on the domestic market.
Our requirements are as follows:
- Product: white pellets
- Monthly volume: up to 3,000 metric tons (minimum acceptable capacity: 2,500 tons/month)
- Packing during loading: in bulk (in bulk in the hold of the vessel or in bulk in containers) or in big bags - we will pack the products ourselves in Turkey
- Destination: Izmir, Gebze or Mersin ports (Turkey) — please provide the CIF price to these ports, or the FOB price from the port of shipment, if CIF conditions are not offered
Please provide the following information:
- Current production capacity and available monthly volume of exports of white pellets, which can be allocated to us on a regular basis
- Technical characteristics (diameter, ash content, humidity, calorific value)
- Price per metric ton (FOB port of shipment and, if possible, CIF Izmir/Gebze/Mersin)
- Minimum order quantity per shipment
- Relevant quality certificates (EN plus, ISO, DINplus, etc.)
- Payment terms (e.g. prepayment, letter of credit, payment for shipping documents, etc.)
- Export experience, in particular shipments to Turkey or the Mediterranean/Black Sea region
- Estimated time from order confirmation to shipment
- Which of the following logistics options can you offer: (1) loading onto barges for further shipment to Turkey by river, (2) rail delivery to a Russian seaport followed by shipment to Turkey, or (3) direct shipment from a Russian seaport to Turkey
