5. Quantity: from 200 to 7000 cubic meters monthly;
6. Terms of delivery: CFR Niigata Port, Toyamoshinko (Japan), the seller pays for the delivery of the goods, and the buyer arranges the delivery of the goods to the seaports of Japan;
7. Payment is made upon transfer of the container to the first carrier at the departure station against copies of the following documents (upon shipment):
