Description.
The MRZ type chip machine with knife rings is an efficient machine for the production of high-quality chips. MRZ allows the production of small cut chips from raw and dry micro chips and light materials.
After passing through the VC vibrating tray, magnetic drum and HPS heavy particle separator, the chips are distributed three-dimensionally (3D) using a unique FlowOptimizer system (Material Flow Optimizer) in all areas of the grinding chamber. After that, the rapidly rotating rotor directs the chips to the knives of the fixed knife ring, which cut it into thin homogeneous high-quality chips.
