THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

The principle of operation of RUF 800 briquetting presses is based on cold, 2-fold hydraulic pressing of a certain portion of the material with a humidity of 6-14% without the addition of binders. Initially, at low pressure, the material is externally compacted due to the voids between the particles. Then the particles themselves condense and deform, and a molecular bond develops between them. High pressure at the end of pressing leads to the transition of elastic deformations of the particles into plastic ones, as a result of which the briquette structure is strengthened and the desired shape is preserved.
